Tomorrow is soon the New Year's Eve when that Leviathan Lili will try to strike her swarms of crits, and probably so do the other bread ninjas. But with this latest fire of yours Captain's 'burden' now feels much lighter, thank you! 
   

And I've been snooping again today, soldiers! Take a look of today's assessment:


But since our participation rate is high this time, let's also list Yetis. And I'll put their approximate pace so we know how to surpass them:

BATTLEFAIRIES (Gingerbread Ninja) - 12 -- 2 crits/day (captain's intuition: she'll do lots of crits in short time, but if you've already got lots in store, that can be covered)
Malintra-Shadowmoon (Gingerbread Ninja) - 18 -- 3 crits/day
Zara-Arletis (Gingerbread Ninja) - 10 -- 1 crit/day
JessaMar (Nutcracker Militia) - 14 -- 2 crits/day (captain's intuition: 4 crits/day but not the same number)
GrimAlpaca (Nutcracker Militia) - 12 -- 2 crits/day (captain's intuition: 3 crits/day)
Pepper-the-phoenix (Nutcracker Militia) - 10 -- 1 crit/day

I'm determined to outwit LiliWrites (I hope my energy will recove quickly), as for the rest of Yetis my suggestion is as follows:

This is just Captain's additional strategy, it's up to you to take the challenge or not or feeling like picking another opponent to outwit. But can you see already this doesn't seem so hard? With solid teamwork and consistent pace we'd have nothing to worry about. 

And oooh.. don't you think it's more exciting with this ONE ON ONE battle? Each soldier will be compelled to have their own responsibility to watch for the enemy (rather than only relying on me). Only one for each of you to spy and this sassy detective of a Captain have taught you how!      

Also can you see we're not only aiming to defeat the other teams but also booking ourselves for the TOP 10 (or 8 for the moment) WINNERS place for Critmas??   YUSSSSS WE'LL CLEAN SWEEP ALL THE GOLDS!

Do you know there's a smarter way of communicating in DA other than via that old profile page comment like how bread ninja boss is doing? it's via OLD STATUSES. Like how I've been 'privately' contacting the Queen to ask things (because she often doesn't respond notes, maybe she's got too many already ). If you want to ask BeccaJS anything about the game while keeping your move under the radar you can drop your questions here (right click on the date > open in new tab):


Maybe some of you already figured it out? It's quite effective because as far as I know:

 The watchers are only notified when a new status published, they can't trace it back like how I do with : https:// username.deviantart.com/critique/

For status updates you must enter the exact html address (e.g: https:// beccajs.deviantart.com/status/11595933), so if you don't save it or have removed it from your browser's history or haven't got a precise memory of the last numbers, no chance for you to get it back.

As for me, I've been documenting every comment & statuses related to Critmas 2017 in my notification folder.  Yohohohohoo..  your Captain IS savvy from the start.

 Only the user can see their old status by clicking on that 'Watch' tab when you visit the Deviant Art front page.

 When you mention other deviants in your status comments they will get notified, unlike sta.sh. It's awesome because if you're doing it in old statuses, only you & your mentioned deviants can see everything discussed in the comments. It's like a hidden chat room.


I'm pointing all this not only for trivia though, but also because there's a possibility that the Reindeer Knight team is using this method to assemble their team, they could be much stealthier than le ninjas. But so far Captain haven't really intuited a real movement despite their poll result was right next to us (the updated result is here: beccajs.deviantart.com/journal…):



This either indicate the public trust or solidness of the team so they're worth being watched too (you see now why I've always been appreciating every ounce of your participation spirit, samurais?).

But then I just realized that SummerDreams-Art posting her links yesterday is actually from Reindeer Knight not Nutcrackers team:

I wonder if she acted on her own without her boss' command.. it just strongly felt like so, but no 'proof'. For all we know they might have their own private Discord server and have been writing drafts. 

Now, back to Deviant Art tricks. Since the beginning I've planned all this would better to be put on a whole set of journals than dizzying, not-so-pleasant-to-read, not-customizable-either statuses and chains of comments! A chat system doesn't sound good eiher with different time zones, availability and all. My methode is a bit complicated maybe with all the notes, but personally I still think it's better.

So my sneakier-than-ninjas Samurais, take pride of our UNDERGROUND ICE CAVERN (or headquarters of igloos) neatly structured, so well-planned and beautifully decorated by your Master-Villain Captain!
